Standard Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel no later than the cancellation time limit shown on the product page. After the time limit has passed, host cannot issue a refund. However, a refund may be issued under special circumstances such as below.

Standard Rescheduling Policy

Guest can reschedule the date or time of the tour no later than the rescheduling limit shown on the product page. Guest will not be able to reschedule in the case when the desired date is not available. In this case, please note that host cannot issue the refund if the request is made after the cancellation limit.

Cancellation due to late arrival or missed tour

Out of respect for other guests and to ensure the best tour for everyone, guide must start the tour on time. If guest is late for the reservation time, guide CANNOT wait for guest's arrival or pick up the guest at some other destination.

If guests miss the tour, host CANNOT issue the refund for the cancellation. Please make sure to check how to reach the meeting point in advance carefully, and show up there before the reservation time.

Cancellation due to late arrival caused by public transportation delays

If guest cannot join the tour due to a public transportation delay, host may ask guest to provide official documentation. Host will issue the refund after checking the documentation.

Please note that being stuck in a traffic jam in a taxi cannot be treated as a transportation delay.

Cancellation due to sickness / injury

If guest cannot join the tour due to sickness or injury, please provide host with the official documentation. Host will issue the refund after checking the documentation.

Cancellations due to bad weather

If host cancel the tour due to bad weather, host will contact guest no later than a day before the tour date. Otherwise, the tour will be held as planned.
