Miori and Risa were excellent guides for our walking to tour to Himeji Castle, Koko-en Gardens and the Otokoyoma Hachimangu shrine. Both spoke beautiful English and were knowledgeable and engaging. Would highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Himeji.

Miori did a great job of looking after us on the tour, always checking to make sure we were all included. She was friendly, chatty and quickly sorted out an issue with one of the bookings to make sure it didn't effect our enjoyment. She also seemed very knowledgeable about all the points of interest/stops along the way.

We did the Bar Hopping tour on our second day in Japan. It was very nice going to the different places with a group of equally ennthousiastic travellers. Tried lots of different foods and drinks and the guides were very helpful in explaining everything. Recommended!

Our tour in Osaka was definitely magical.  Miori was an excellent guide, leader, and friend. There were three in our family and a total of 8 including Miori in the group.  We definitely got plenty of food and drink on the tour and got a real appreciation for several izakaya's in Osaka. We wrapped up the night in a karaoke bar.  It was a lot of fun and adventure for all. 

The Sake tour was really great.  We toured two brewery locations first and had 4 samples of sake there. We learned about the history of the area while we were touring.  Miori was very knowledgeable about the area, sake production,  and sake types Then, we moved to a sake bar and were presented with a nice set of 18 sakes with descriptions where we could taste side by side and compare while learning about the types. Miori and Taichi were very nice and personable. Miori even joined us in Gion after the tour to show us a great izakaya. This was our second tour with Miori and felt  like we had made a new friend.

Miori and Risa were great guides! They provided us with everything we could have asked for, and answered questions we had. With all of our different interests, we didn't run out of topics to talk about during the tour. Also, what a small world with the entire group being from the same state. Hopefully the movie recommendations are good!

It was a very nice evening out. A little bit of showing around and some nice tastes and new flavors. Useful that the local guide know a lot and can guide you towards your personal preferences.

Miori and Nina were great hosts! They showed us around town, introduced us to some delicious food, and even were cordial enough to have a families of 3 who were late to meet us half way. Really fun tour from these two 👍

Miori and Yoshi were awesome tour guides, super friendly and easy to talk to. They really spent time to teach us about sake and the culture around it. We had a fun time and learned so much, was definitely my highlights on my trip to Japan.

Miori was an amazing host and we had a great time on our bar hopping tour.  Met some great and interesting folks as well. Would recommend anyone coming to spend a night out with Miori.  Guaranteed to have a great time. 

Miori was a great host! She took us to many different places to eat and drink. The group was diverse and fun, and we continued on after the tour! Just being able to relax and explore the night life of Osaka in a comfortable setting is worth the price. Thank you Miori!

I really enjoyed this tour. I didn't know a lot about Sake and I haven't had the chance to drink a lot of this tasty beverage before. 

I really learned a lot about it's preparation and it was really interesting. We did drink a lot of it and I really discover how good every kind is. I always enjoyed a good alcool beverage, but Sake really took me by surprise. 

My guide, Miori san, was a really friendly, kind, smart and professional lady. It was a pleasure to talk to her, both to learn lots of things on Sake and just talking about life while enjoying super good Sake.

Absolutely fantastic tour. Our guides were polite, knowledgeable, accommodating and fun! I learned a whole lot as we walked a nice route through Arashiyama. Our guides' English was great and so was their sense of humor. Easily one of the nicest parts of our trip. We're definitely going to hit up Magical Trip on our next trip to Japan!

Miori was a great guide for our street-food walking tour. She mixed Osaka history and culture into the tour, took us to some great places to eat (and drink), as well as some shrines and temples and backstreets a bit off the regular tourist circuit. We had a great time, and the next night even went back to a few of the places she had taken us to.  

5 stars easy. My sis and I had a personal tour by Miori and the trainee. Gave me flashbacks to my time at the university, when i had some drinks and something to eat with friends. Appreciated the small history and japanese drinking/eating etiquette lessons she gave us and maybe even more, the delicious food and drinks at the chosen establishments. Made our first evening in Japan a very fun experience and kinda smoothed us in in a culture really different from our part of the Netherlands. 

We had an amazing tour with Miori. Definitely worth doing if you only have a day to spare in Osaka 

Miori was our guide on the Kyoto Sake Brewery & Tasting Tour. We had a great time learning about and tasting sake. It was a fun and education experience. Highly recommended!

Miori was a great guide fir the Kyoto Night Foodie tour. Friendly, chatty and a great source of info Miori provided a great glimpse of Kyoto food an night life.

Our tour guide Miori was great, she showed us places that we would never find on our own. She was very helpful and asked us what we wanted to see and do. Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to see the Osaka nightlife. Food recommendations were awesome, you wont go home hungry.

Miori was my tour guide for this trip, and it was a personal tour as I was the only person on the trip. Probably not a bad thing as the market was so crowded it was difficult for the two of us to stay together at times. Miori knows what food is available at the market very well. She is easy to get along with, and we just spent the time chatting while trying different foods at the market. Baby octopus on a stick stuffed with a quail egg was interesting, as was tempura pickled ginger. The scallop was good. The expensive white strawberries were  also quite tasty. Miori did have wet-wipes for when things got a little messy with the food.

At the end of the tour we went through an area which was kitchenware and tableware. I went back through those shops after the tour finished and bought a lot of Christmas presents for friends and family. So many chopsticks to choose from!

Do allow plenty of time to find the meeting spot, as Google maps had me walking around in circles for 20 minutes.

The tour was really fun, had lots of good food + drinks and learned a lot about Japanese culture. Miori was great, as well as the rest of the group. I'd recommend it to anyone spending time in Osaka.

We had a great time with Miori, one of the best ways to see the city is by bike and it's great to have a local to show you around and help you learn more about the city, it's history and culture. 

We had a great time on our foodie tour of Kyoto with Miori. My family and I signed up for this tour and let Magical Trip know that we are all mostly vegetarian. Magical Trip, and Miori, were great in accommodating us by finding veggie food at the restaurants we visited.

It was great to be shown around by a local as we were able to ask questions, etc. Miori was a great guide.

I'd recommend this tour to others visiting Kyoto, for sure. I'm glad that I signed up for this. :)

The Kyoto Bar Hopping Night tour exceeded expectations! Our tour guides were extremely knowledgeable of the different bars hidden in Kyoto and I had some of the best drinks and tempura we ever had! My partner and I also got engaged in the day so this was a perfect way to celebrate! 5 stars, I would recommend for the best time in Kyoto! Thank you!!!

Had the best time on this tour, am really glad I booked this short tour. Our guide Miori was excellent. We visited 3 places, tried different local specialities and excellent Sake.

Miori was an excellent guide. Great English, great personality, and great conversations! She had wonderful recommendations, gave us quite a few options based on what our tastes were and I really enjoyed myself.

Miori was very knowledgeable of the area and about traditional food.  She listened to our requests and made great suggestions!  She was very easy to talk to and made the night very enjoyable.

We had a delightful time with Miori on our first ever Magical Tour Bar-hopping during our first few hours in Kyoto. The food, sake and cocktails at the three izakaya were delicious and we loved the atmosphere of all three. I especially enjoyed the Kyoto Gatten Tempura Pub and Miori’s menu recommendations. That restaurant choice was so good that Miori ran into the guests in her prior night’s tour, who returned to the Pub on their own for more good eats. 

Enjoyable and informative.  A lovely night in Kyoto with delicious food (best tempura ever!) and a matcha sake drink that was both unusual and beautiful.  Our group of 6 friends enjoyed it a lot, especially the walk around Gion and hearing about the history. 

Miyori was a great guide. Took us to some wonder spots and hated some of her favorite dishes and drinks with us. Would definitely do this agai .

A great activity for the first night in Kyoto! Miori and Saki took the group of us through the streets of Gion and along Pontoncho. The bars we visited were great, with lots of interesting items on the menus. Would definitely recommend this tour and the friendly team behind it.

It was great! This is a must thing to do when you arrive to japan. This is just perfect for people that hesitate about going in restaurants or bars. Miori is a lovely young lady who guided us and introduced us to food and drinks. She taught us how to eat properly. It was a good night! we got to eat great food and had some drinks!.
