It was an awesome experience and our guide Rai was very thoughtful and thorough in explaining the whole concept of Sumo. A definite thumbs up from us! 

This was a very interesting and enjoyable visit.  We loved  all the detail about sumo wrestling and the live demonstrations were great fun.  The two wrestlers made it fascinating and being so close up to them gave a great impression a real match.  Our hosts were so nice and efficient.  Well done. We will recommend you to others.  

We had such a fun night with our tour guide Rai. He took us to really interesting places we would never have found on our own. Rai kept the conversation going throughout the night, told us things about the local area and answered any questions we had about japan. We stayed out drinking after the tour finish because we were having so much fun. Rai was a total gentleman and we would recommend this tour if you’re in Shibuya and want to experience what it would be like to be a local

Such an amazing night, I recommend everyone do this! I was traveling alone in Tokyo, and this was such a fun experience. Rai was so friendly and professional, and great conversation! I have beautiful photos to share from my trip. This was a great way to see Shinjuku and Shibuya areas, he provided some history and culture around each street and temple that we visited. SO much fun, highly recommend!

Rai was a great tour guide and photographer! Very easy to talk to, and handled our larger tour group really well. Got some neat photos from the experience. Rai also very generously offered suggestions of places to eat after the tour! Interesting tour and hopefully one that gains in popularity.

Rai was a fantastic host and I had a wonderful time exploring Shinjuku and Shibuya with him. His photography skills are top notch and he has a great eye for photo locations. I also really enjoyed talking with him and learning a bit more about Tokyo living from the perspective of a local. Would definitely recommend this experience!!

I loved the Tokyo by night photography tour. Rai was very patient with the group and took us to some great spots. He made conversing easy. As a solo traveler it was great having someone take my pictures.

Such good company and extremely knowledgeable about the neighborhood. The food at the cozy spots was also great. Thanks to Rai for sharing his knowledge and time could not have asked for a better person to show me around.

I decided to book the Night Photography tour and met up with Rai our guide and photographer. He took us through Shinjuku (main area, Golden Gai, Kabukicho etc.) taking us to some more nice off the beaten path photo opportunities, while sharing some local info. He also gave us some good tips on Shibuya, took some great Crossing pictures of me and shared some of his favorite eating spots. 

All in all a very nice tour as Rai is a great conversationalist, and kept the small group dynamic very amicable and cozy. 

I would definitely recommend this tour and Rai for any solo travellers (like myself) or anyone wanting to either take or have some nice photos taken. 

Awesome tour for solo-travelers! I'm really glad I booked this tour and had this fun experience while visiting Japan. Rai is a stellar photographer with amazing photography and editing skills. I really liked our personal conversations during the tour and got to learn a lot about him, in addition to the photos I got at the end. This is a fun tour in Tokyo, especially for first time visitors like us. A lot of food and drinks, and every stop had a lot to see. I would recommend this to anyone considering a tour while in Japan. In the future, I think it'd be interesting to check out the Osaka and Kyoto tours. Oh, and Sho and Rai were great guides and taught us a lot about Tokyo and izakayas.

Rai and Hiro were fantastic guides for a fun food filled night out in Shinjuku. Not only did they take us to great restaurants, they were super accommodating of our many questions which set us up for an incredible Tokyo holiday as we did this tour on our first night in town.
