“Takatani-do” is a famous patisserie near “Tsukiji” Station. You cannot eat there but for take-out only. They don’t sell many varieties but a few fine sweets. Among all the superb cream puff and financier (a French cake) are highly recommended. The cream puff with crispy skin has vanilla beans cream of rich flavor inside. The financier has an impeccable combination of its skin and softness inside.
