Carp streamers (Koinobori) are banners in the shape of carp that are traditionally raised on Children's Day, May 5th, to pray for boys' healthy growth. The Goryu Waterfall consists of five streams falling from a height of 13 meters, and its name derives from its appearance resembling five dragons.

From 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, the carp streamers are illuminated, creating a magical atmosphere around Goryu Waterfall, with Mt. Fuji visible in the background during clear weather conditions. For the 2025 season, special evening viewing sessions will be organized to capture both the illuminated streamers and sunset views of Mt. Fuji.
