When it comes to popular winter events near Lake Yamanakako, "Fantasium" at Hana no Miyako Park stands out as a must-visit destination. For visitors who might be staying in Mt.Fuji for the upcoming 2025 events, this illumination spectacle is well worth the trip. The nighttime illuminations beautifully enhance Mt. Fuji's silhouette against the winter sky, creating a completely different atmosphere from the daytime views of Lake Yamanakako.

The park is filled with various light displays, including corridors of light that feel like showers of illumination and spaces brimming with Christmas spirit. The Japanese-style illumination featuring traditional umbrellas (wagasa) is particularly spectacular and shouldn't be missed.

If you get cold, why not warm up at the indoor restaurant or try some hot food from the food stalls? The gift shop offers a complete selection of Yamanashi specialties. Please remember to wear warm clothing to fully enjoy the winter atmosphere at Lake Yamanakako.
